You’ll also work closely with all board members to keep overall operations aligned and keep member communication flowing.
- Treasurer: Keeps our financial house in order and manages our long-term stability. You will handle budgeting, process club income and expenses, present financial reports at board meetings, and ensure we remain fully compliant as a 501(c)(3) non-profit through timely tax filings.
- VP High School Boys: The primary advocate for our oldest boys’ teams. You will recruit and coordinate JV and Varsity coaches, manage match and practice schedules, and drive player recruitment. Additionally, you’ll organize parent support networks for matchdays, travel logistics, and team fundraising.
- VP Girls: Champion and oversee our growing Middle School and High School girls’ programs. You will recruit and support coaching staffs, establish season schedules, and actively work to grow player participation. You’ll also engage parents for team support and help run team-specific fundraisers.
- VP Youth: Focuses on the foundation of our club across the U8, U10, U12, and Middle School co-ed teams. You will coordinate coaches, manage practice and match schedules, and build relationships with local schools to introduce young players to rugby.
