This is the perfect opportunity for players to stay active, improve their skills, and enjoy the fast-paced, high-energy game of sevens rugby. Summer 7’s is all about having fun in a more relaxed atmosphere, so whether you’re a returning player or new to the sport, it’s a great way to stay connected with the team. Practices will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with the location to be confirmed. We understand summer schedules are busy, and that’s perfectly okay—vacations or weekend getaways won’t be an issue as we want everyone to enjoy the season without stress. Players will need cleats, rugby shorts, rugby socks, and a mouth guard, but if you’re returning, feel free to reuse your gear from previous seasons.
