The 2024-2025 Season officially starts on December 3rd 2024! Practice schedules vary by age group and can be seen below. All teams practice at Sutter Middle School in Folsom

Games start in January and will be played on Saturdays. Home games will be played at Ponderosa High School.

Youth teams (U8-Middle School) practice/play through mid-March and high school goes through early May.
